You must not share your username or password with any third party. ppk365 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. ppk365 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ppk365's control and are the responsibility of the Member.
All ppk365 bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds, which are held separately from your real-money balance. Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
ppk365 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close any account that it reasonably determines has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk without meeting the spirit of the wagering requirement, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional terms.
Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings will be removed from your ppk365 account balance without compensation.
ppk365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Member's account in good standing at the time the change takes effect, provided the Member continues to comply with the applicable bonus terms.
All bets placed on the ppk365 sportsbook are final once confirmed by the system. ppk365 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in circumstances where ppk365 determines in its sole discretion that an obvious error has occurred in the pricing or availability of a market.
ppk365 reserves the right to change odds, suspend markets, or remove events at any time and without prior notice. Live in-play markets may be suspended temporarily during key match moments. ppk365 is not liable for any losses arising from market suspension or removal during in-play events.
A bet may be declared void by ppk365 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before a result is determined; the event does not proceed within a reasonable timeframe of its scheduled start; an obvious pricing error occurred at the time of bet placement; or the bet relates to a market that has been settled in error and is subject to re-settlement.
ppk365 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be amended by ppk365 at any time. ppk365 reserves the right to limit the stake or cumulative winnings of any Member who it determines is betting in a manner inconsistent with recreational gambling.

In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a round, the outcome of the affected round may be declared void. ppk365 will refund the stake for any voided round directly to the Member's account balance. Malfunction of any game voids all pays and play on that round.

ppk365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before they take effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the ppk365 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ppk365 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ppk365's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by ppk365's licensing authority.
